The odds are pretty good that if you are reading this that you know first hand or know of someone close to you that suffers from insomnia, do you? I know quite a few myself and thankfully I have not been one of them. It’s a terrible thing when you are not able to sleep especially for those people that experience insomnia on a weekly basis.
