If you happen to have been looking for some hot topics regarding weight loss and exercise last month you most likely would have found a link or two for an article called “Why exercise will not make you thinner” over at the Time website. I saw a lot of passionate fitness and weight loss experts posting their response to what most in the fitness community referred to as irresponsible and an inflammatory article. I think we can all agree that exercise and smart eating habits are widely accepted as the principal parts of any sensible weight loss plan. Well at least I thought we could all agree on that until I saw that little article over at the Time website.
