Approximately ten percent of us are having difficulty finding a job in this market right now. Needless to say I was a little miffed at an article that I read earlier today that shined the light on what is becoming a rather disturbing trend by employers and their use of our credit scores as a determining factor in the hiring process. With unemployment rates going up and credit scores sinking fast for so many of us that are in need of jobs this seems like bad mix for those of us looking to dig out of this recession.
